Mary Kibai

(Executive Director)

Mary Kibai is an avid volunteer on aspects that bring transformation and enhance community development, Mary has taken up the role of directing the vision, leading the team, and overseeing development for GRACE Initiative as the Executive Director. Previously Mary worked as Business Manager for Gray Matters Kenya Limited, an Organization whose social mission was to equip low cost private schools with quality infrastructure to allow them to grow and improve while remaining accessible and affordable.
She holds an MBA in Global Social Sustainable Enterprise (G.S.S.E) from the United States International University – Africa and B.COM degree in Finance from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa. “There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up”.

Billy Arwa

(Accountant)

Billy has gained valuable Insights and hands-on practical experience for more than 5 Years in financial management, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, fraud risk assessment/prevention and Investigation/Forensics Audit, and Administration above all he is aligned with International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting standards.

He believes in creating valuable relationships that are laid on humanitarian Impressive and will continually look to Intensify these efforts. He is proud to be part of the GRACE Initiative and passionate about taking the Organization to the next level.

Helcah Kemunto

(Health Services Coordinator)

Helcah is a Community Health and Development officer and has also trained as a peer educator for young adolescents and young people. She has a strong background in designing and implementing health education and promotion programs. She also is passionate about contributing to the wellbeing and development of the community and has experience working with orphans and vulnerable children (OVC's), adolescents, and young adults. “If I cannot do great things, I can do small things in a great way."

Colleta Nyanchama

(School Accountant)

Colleta is the School Accountant at Greater GRACE Academic Centre. She possesses a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Mt. Kenya University and a diploma in Cooperative management from the Cooperative College of Kenya. She has over 15 years of accounting experience.

Abraham Ochieng

(STEM Coordinator)

As a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) coordinator, GRACE Initiative is my divine ground to reach the world; empower, and transform the community. Abraham is a technology enthusiast, if you don’t find me on-net, am online. Alongside being a strategist, peer coach, Computing, certified for completion of Project Management for Development Professionals and bachelor in Education.
